Transfer of Registration: 

The lady registered can transfer her paid position to another lady at any time. This would be the preferred method if a need to cancel would arise. you can complete this transfer by emailing dtkconference@gmail.com and letting us know the registers persons name, payment method and the name and email of the person you are transferring your spot to. Any transfer of money is the responsibility of ladies registered and is not DTK's responsibility

Cancellation: 

Currently, our sign up process does not require up front payment. If you think there is a chance you will not make it, please wait to pay until closer to the date. If you choose to pay in advance, cancellations can be submitted to dtkconference@gmail.com. If it is received in the 7 days prior to the conference, no refund will be give. If the cancellation is received prior to that, a full refund can be issued. We  would ask that you try to transfer your registration to another lady before cancelling.

No Show:

If you have registered, paid in advanced, and do not come to the conference, no refund will be given.
